**Your Role**

The Sales Manager for Oncology will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory in Malaysia. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the oncology field, and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies.

**What You Do**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals within the oncology sector.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, oncologists, hospitals, and relevant institutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create and implement effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational programs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for business planning and product development.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on oncology products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales targets in the oncology sector.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare system, and oncology market in Malaysia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
