Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Manages and oversees the sales operations of the company.
- Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plan to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasting, meeting sales targets and provide informative analytical sales reports.
- Analyze market trends, economic indicators, competitors market share then execute strategic plan to generate sales.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales training program.
**Job Requirements**:

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- At least 2-3 Years of working experience in sales/ in the related field.
- With relevant working experience in ISO Management Systems Certification / Training would be advantages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
