**SCOPE**:
Responsible for the management and administration of all guest recognition programs. To provide an exceptional quality service for all guests of WOLO Kuala Lumpur through the delivery of customer service excellence, professional interaction, conversation education, product knowledge and sales.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Has overall authority on Front Office operations and personnel within the Hotel and a liaison role with other departmental managers.
- Responsible for the maximization of room revenue and profit through effective room management and for ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service within the section.
- Provide support to Front Desk in decisions regarding overbooking the hotel and ensure all out bookings are carried out accordingly.
- To provide training to Front Office team to ensure customer service is on par and daily task is perform as per required.
- To conduct on shift briefing to ensure whole Front Office team are being updated on information pertaining to the hotel and outside.
- To make sure that all Front Desk team members are aware of all sales opportunities (promotional/upsell) within the hotel and proper training is given.
- Checks cleanliness of lobby and Public Area, lights, and as well as Front Office staff in proper and orderly appearance.
- Manage guest relations team to ensure compliance with all standards and operating procedures.
- Ensure a full training plan is implemented within Front Desk to develop all team members to full potential.
- Responsible to review and maintain systems/procedures in Front Desk.
- To maintain close coordination and supporting with other Managers/Section Head to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure End Of Day process being run as per checklist.
- Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike.
- Any other duties as maybe assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years managerial working experience in hotel front office operations.
- Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written).
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Computer literate, presentable with good personality and positive attitude.
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
