Admin HR Executive

**Administrative Duties**:

- Support all general office administration tasks.
- Provide general support to management and other departments.
- Manage reception duties including call handling and access card control.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail distribution.
- Coordinate courier services for parcel/document delivery.
- Ensure office cleanliness and adherence to the clean desk policy.
- Handle documentation filing and management.
- Follow up on office maintenance progress such as pest control, housekeeping, aircon, machine calibration, stationery & purchase of office general items.

**Human Resources Duties**:

- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Address employee queries and issues.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa english (preferred)
