**工作職責:**
- 維護辦公用品、辦公設備的維護與服務,確保辦公順利進行。
- 管理員工費用索賠和辦公室零用現金支付和報銷。
- 處理一般行政任務,例如來電、電子郵件、信件和快遞。
- 管理員工保險並與保險公司、代理人、審計師和監理機關聯絡。
- 確保所有註冊許可證、保險和帳單均已更新並相應支付。
- 負責處理所有日常會計交易和操作以及其他會計職能。
- 準備每月損益表和資產負債表,供管理階層進行相應審查。
- 執行銀行調節表和 SST,並確保在到期日之前提交所有法定文件,例如 MTD (PCB)、EPF、SOCSO、EIS 和 HRDF。
- 監控和管理財務活動,包括應付帳款和帳戶
- 應收帳款流程。
- 以軟拷貝和硬拷貝格式妥善保存帳目記錄和文件。
- 協助準備審計和稅務流程。
- 其他被指派的臨時職責

**工作要求:**
- 候選人必須至少擁有工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。
- 至少1年相關工作經驗
- 所需語言技能:英語、馬來語、華語(因為職位要求候選人與講華語的客戶打交道等)
- 注重細節、獨立、主動的個人技能和行為
- 能夠在支援和協作的團隊環境中工作
- 擁有自己的交通工具
- 辦公地點:Fraser Business Park, Metro Pudu KL
