The Core Job:

- Create and update technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Organize and present technical information in a clear and structured format.
- Ensure documentation adheres to established standards and guidelines.
- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Test and review documentation for usability and effectiveness.
- Update existing documentation based on feedback and changes in product functionality.
- Assist in maintaining documentation repositories and version control systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Education/Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Adobe or similar).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience with technical writing or documentation (academic or professional) is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,050.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
