**Position: Promoter Team Leader**
**Location Coverage: Southern Region ( based in Johor )**

Working Days: 5 days a week ( off day on weekend )
Salary Package: RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month
Phone Allowance: RM100 per month
Car Allowance: RM500 per month
KPI up to RM2,000
Mileage claim, toll & parking claimable

**JOB DESCRIPTION(S)**
- Manage and strengthen Nationwide Field Force in increasing brand presence and improve sell-out.
- Identify and assign capable Field Force to the assign outlet.
- In-charge of Field Force allocation / relocation to maximize ROI.
- Assist in Field Force monthly sell-out target setting, sell-out progress monitoring and reporting to the management.
- Assist in managing dealers and Field Force agencies to maximize system functionality.
- Continuously provide coaching, guidance and training to Field Force for improvement.
- Monitoring of stocking shelves, setting up displays according to planogram.
- Constant store visit to ensure Field Force and company in tip-top conditions.
- Constant review, feedback and discuss with Sales Lead for Field Force, Sell-out and Store improvement.
- Competitive survey and suggestion to be more competitive to improve store sell-out.Assist or participate event / roadshow for the set-up, sales monitoring and improvement.
- Ensure Field Force are compliance with company Standard of Procedures.
- Preparation of sales report and sales analysis for the management.
- Provide feedback to support the development and execution of Field Force to the management.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENT(S)**
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Technologically savvy, dynamic, and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and think out of box to improve sell-out and operation.
- Willing to travel outstation.

**Salary**: From RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
