**Job Requirements**
- Possess strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Able to work under pressure, positive, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Meticulous, problem-solving skills, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks systematically.
- Able to travel if required.
- Handling all related documentation related to foreign workers.
- To process Payroll, calculate and process employee wages, salaries, utilities bill and deductions. Verify and input time records and other compensation elements.
- To prepare documentations on foreign worker matters such as Immigration, JTK, Fomema and KLN documents.
- To assist in all immigration and embassy matters such as passport, permit renewals and check-out memos as well as work permit cancellations due to resignations or abscondment.
- To assist on foreign workers permit renewal, Fomema medical check-up, Insurance & etc.
- To bring foreign workers to the hospital, clinic or bank, whenever required.
- To perform other related duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
