**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the company's branding and communication strategies. This role focuses on enhancing the brand's image, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving effective communication efforts across various channels. Possess a combination of creative flair, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to promote the organisation's brand and effectively engage with the target audience.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Custodian of the brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust communication strategies accordingly.
- Assist the team to create compelling and on-brand content, including written copy, graphics, videos, and other multimedia materials for marketing collateral, campaigns, and website.
- Ensure content is tailored to specific platforms and optimized for maximum engagement and impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits, customer surveys, and brand perception analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of branding and communication initiatives, producing regular reports for management.
- Coordinate and execute branding and marketing activations and events, both online and offline, to promote the organization's brand and initiatives. This may require duties to be performed beyond official regular working hours and during weekends or public holidays.
- Actively involved in Brand’s activation and event management, liaise and coordinate with partners and execute production requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Trade, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Trade and Product, to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on artworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with vendors/suppliers, agencies, media or printers to oversee the production process and ensure the final output meets the desired quality standards.
- Update weekly WIP status report and ensure follow-ups, timelines, and deadlines are in check.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Preferably 2 years proven experience in activation and event management, brand management, or a related marketing role.
- Strong in coordination and organisational skills.
- Outspoken and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques are an added advantage.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices in branding and communications.
