Sales & Purchasing Administrator (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirement:
- SPM/Diploma
- 2 years working experience as administrator
- Computer literate
**Job Description**:
- Sourcing activities
- Support the sales team on the administration works
- Prepare and send Invoices & related documents to customers
- Prepare packing list & shipment arrangement
- Maintain documents in Shared Drive
- Follow-up with suppliers on the delivery status
- Liaison with logistic, warehouse personnel.
- Tasks that specified in Quality Management System.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
