**Responsibilities**

**Customer Support**:

- To gather customer feedback regarding beauty products and services, providing accurate and helpful assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints related to beauty products and services in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Follow-up communications with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service received.

**After-Sales Services**:

- Assist customers with warranty claims, returns, and exchanges for beauty products, ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics, and treatment machines/equipment, liaising with technical teams when necessary.
- Coordinate after-sales services, such as product replacements, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Collaborating with other departments, such as logistics, technical support, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance overall service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging repeat business.

**Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions, ensuring compliance with Company policies and data protection regulations.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports on customer service activities, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all customer service activities comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company guidelines.

**Beauty Industry-Specific Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the beauty products offered, including ingredients, usage instructions, and benefits, to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends and innovations to provide up-to-date information and recommendations to customers.

**Ad-Hoc Duties**:

- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the customer service department.
- Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering acollaborative and supportive work environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities toenhance skills and knowledge, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- SPM, at least 1-2 years working experience in related field is required.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
- Good computer skills and meticulous with details.
- Has a pleasant disposition and clear intonation over the telephone.
- Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
- Possess own transport.
- Can start immediately would be an added advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to travel outstation after training in KL.
