Customer Services

Manage shipments with customers and vendors, eg. shipping lines, airlines etc.
Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively.
Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures and all data are prepared correctly in the system.
Coordinate with multiple parties including customers, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc. on shipment requirements.
Track and monitor shipments status, and inform customer accordingly.
Order processing.
Take lead in problem solving.
Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team.
All other ad-hoc work instructions from the Superior / Manager.
