A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns.

Work location : Iskandar puteri

Working days : 5 days - 2days off

Yearly renewable contract Yealy bonus Job

Responsibilities : - Provide an amazing, personalized experience to each customer.

No copy and paste answers, only meaningful, personalized replies with love and care injected into each message.
- Responsible to deliver consistent experience to address customers' concerns in a customer centric manner and in accordance with the company's service standards and quality objective
- Resolving customer feedback and complaints effectively and professionally, aiming to retain customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Striving to exceed customer expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Any ad-hoc duties as advised by supervisor

Analyze customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience. - Ensure feedback flows to all teams in order to improve.
- Strive to give every customer the Salty Experience we can truly proud to be a part off.
- Compile and update FAQs/self-help guides to educate and address client needs.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
- At least SPM holder.

Experience and familiarity with insurance products will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Handled Singapore client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoy spending hours communicating with the customers.
- Technology and automation is your good friend.
- You can communicate technically with NON-technical people.
- You have an innovative mind and are a self-starter.
- Proactive in coming up with ideas and solutions that will improve customer experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,406.01 - RM4,372.52 per month
