Skop Kerja: 1. Bertempat di premis Asrama seperti yang ditetapkan. 2. Melakukan rondaan di dalam dan sekitar premis Kediaman dari semasa ke semasa dan pemeriksaan/spot check. 3. Menulis laporan harian tentang semua kejadian di Asrama dan menyerahkannya kepada penyelia terdekat dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan. 4. Untuk memaklumkan dan melaporkan kepada penyelia terdekat untuk sebarang kejadian kecemasan. 5. Mengendalikan daftar masuk dan daftar keluar selepas waktu bekerja. 6. Menjadi penghubung antara penyenggaraan dan penghuni atas arahan permintaan kerja dan pembersih bagi memastikan premis asrama sentiasa bersih dan berfungsi. 7. Menjadi orang perhubungan di antara jabatan/pihak berkuasa keselamatan dan penduduk pada kecemasan tengah malam (cth., Penduduk jatuh sakit, kemalangan berlaku di asrama) untuk memastikan penduduk dirawat atau dihantar ke hospital tepat pada masanya. 8. Melaporkan sebarang kejadian dan kesalahan penghuni di asrama kepada Pengurus Asrama. 9. Menjaga premis daripada pencerobohan ke atas kemasukan yang tidak dibenarkan. 10. Membenarkan hanya orang yang diberi kuasa / pelawat sahaja memasuki premis. 11. Mengekalkan rekod kemas kini mereka yang masuk dan keluar premis. 12. Untuk mengekalkan tahap disiplin yang tinggi dan kepintaran penampilan pada setiap masa. 13. Melindungi peralatan dan harta benda daripada perbuatan vandalisme, kecurian atau sabotaj. 14. Laksanakan semua tugas yang mungkin diarahkan oleh penyelia terdekat anda dari semasa ke semasa 15. Minima Diploma (sebarang kursus) dari kolej / universiti. 16. Boleh bertutur, bertulis Bahasa Inggeris secara sederhana. 17. Boleh mengguna komputer (asas Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point dan Microsoft Excel) 18. Umur tidak melebihi 45 tahun. 19. Memiliki pengangkutan sendiri - kereta atau motosikal. 20. Pengalaman kerja di asrama / Pengurusan fasiliti yang lalu akan diberi keutamaan
