Job Opening: Personal Assistant cum admin executive to the CEO

At Framcoo (M) Sdn Bhd, we are a leading FMCG and fresh fruit trading company dedicated to delivering the freshest and highest quality produce to our customers worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. This role offers a unique chance to be an integral part of our company's success and growth.
**Responsibilities**:
Act as the CEO's primary point of contact, managing communication and correspondence
Handle potential client enquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
Manage local and overseas vendor relationships, including communication, negotiation, and coordination
Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in preparing finance reports, presentations, and other business documents
Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Maintain effective filing and organizational systems
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Provide effective personal assistance and secretarial support to Director
Assisting teams with daily operation and sales support
Preparing accurate meeting presentation slides
Compiling reports, organizing paperwork, document and e-Document information
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial transactions are accurately documented.
Calendar management and coordinate meetings and conferences
Travel support which includes preparing itineraries etc
Maintaining Payment Voucher and Petty cash
Maintain good working knowledge of the industry so as to provide adequate assistance to relevant internal departments or staffs
Recruitment duties when required
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Discretion and confidentiality are of utmost importance

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
