**Job description**:

- Responsible for all administrative matters including typing, scanning and distribution of mail, handling telephone calls, etc.
- Dealing with daily secretarial duties and any private and confidential matters pertaining to the Company.
- Manage diaries and schedule and coordinate all appointments, interdepartmental and management meetings and maintain an efficient record of the meetings and provides the timely reminders on his appointments/meetings.
- Responsible for preparation of presentation material to Corporate, Regulatory Agencies and Partners.
- Responsible for the compilation of weekly reports, monthly forecast reports and Executive Committee reports and to ensure timely submission to Corporate Management.
- Responsible for completing the corporate card statement online monthly basis.
- Manage all essential business documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signature, distribution and responses

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years experiences in admin or secretary related roles
- Diploma/Degree in any field

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
