- You will report to the GLP1 Business Unit Director, Malaysia.**The position**
The role of the Field Sales Manager is to lead the field force to increase market leadership in the GLP-1 Diabetes portfolio for Novo Nordisk Pharma Malaysia. On top of that, the incumbent will work closely with the Business Unit Director to set sales strategy and direction for the GLP-1 Diabetes business in Malaysia.
- You will be given the opportunity to lead, coach and guide the field force to achieve overall sales ambitions for the GLP-1 Diabetes portfolio. As the leader of the team, you will take the lead to work across functions to improve overall patient care, ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategy at field level, enhance field force productivity through commercial effectiveness initiatives and build a strong sales team with strong market and product understanding. You will also be collaborating closely with Medical, Marketing and Market Access teams in engaging key external stakeholders to penetrate our GLP-1 Diabetes products into targeted institutions listings.**Qualifications**
- You must hold a University Degree in Science or Marketing with a strong interest in motivating and developing people, and at the same time have special interest in Diabetes.
- You must have at least 3 years of field sales and people management experience and well versed with the Malaysia local pharma practices. Have good knowledge in both the public and private medical sectors.
- As a person, you are a self-starter, highly engaged and positive, dynamic and highly results-driven with excellent networking abilities. You are able and willing to quickly adjust to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
- You are fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
- You hold a valid driving licence and are willing to travel extensively across Malaysia.
