**職位描述**
- 處理應付帳款/應收帳款和其他會計功能並執行各種
一般會計支援任務
- 協助每月帳目核對和月末結帳
- 協助監控債務人/債權人的帳齡並確保所有付款都是最新且準確的
- 確保所有會計分錄在輸入會計系統時完整且準確
- 確保會計記錄得到妥善維護和核對
- 確保系統中輸入的詳細資訊始終正確且準確
- 確保部門檔案的妥善維護
- 進行適當的簿記
- 處理傳入和傳出的辦公室信件
- 根據需要承擔其他特殊任務、臨時職能和相關職責
優越的。
**要求:**
- 候選人必須至少擁有會計文憑或同等學歷
- 具2年相關領域工作經驗者佳。
具有相關經驗的候選人將被優先考慮
- 基礎會計知識。
- 工作態度良好,具有較強的溝通、組織及團隊合作能力。
