Assistant, Payment Counter

**Responsibilities**:
- Key in payment for account members at the payment counter.
- Fully responsible for cash, credit card, e-wallet, and member’s account collection at the payment counter.
- Assist the Credit Controller in dealing with member’s inquiries and issues regarding bills and credit limits.
- Attend to phone calls or written correspondence with the members.
- Maintain proper records and filing of documents.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center, hospitality, travel agency or customer service role.
- SPM/STPM/diploma holder.
- Computer literate.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in spoken or written English is preferred.
- Willing to work in a shift environment.
**Salary**: From RM2,400.00 per month
