Admin Executive/assistant

Job Description:
- Responsible to support company day-to-day administration and office support and fulfil daily operation works
- Work as a team and ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationship with management and employees
- Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record.
- Prepare and follow-up on all documentation in relation to the company
- Timely and accurate data-entry and maintenance
- To check payments agains bank statements and finalise payment records for workers.
- Maintain a clean environment of office
- Monitor stationary and resources supply for the office and inform Manager to restock
- To work hand in hand with boss and Manager for updates and completion of tasks weekly
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirement:
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Possess great interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Good working attitude and responsiveness.
- A self-starter, fast learner, and hardworking who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
- **Able to start work immediately.**
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
