Purchasing Admin

Responsibilities:
1. Submit purchase order
2. Log all orders and payments
3. Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery
4. To prepare and issue of PO and verify supplier invoice for payment
5. Ad-Hoc task assigned by HOD
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum 1 year of purchasing or admin experience.
2. Knowledge of computer skills.
3. Independent, self-starter, dynamic team player, resourceful with a high level of initiative.
5. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Good in writing and speaking)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
