T05 Technologies is looking for an Operation Support Admin. If you have strong knowledge and experience in e-Payment, e-Commerce or B2B is preferable. Added value if you have strong customer relations skills.
**Job Description**:

- Handle the end-to-end process to onboard new merchants/resellers/partners and make sure to meet the onboarding service-level agreement.
- Assist with merchant integration and support integration related queries.
- Support merchants on a day-by-day basis. (Malaysia and Singapore clients
- Perform UAT and Live verification tests and frequent conducting testing user flow to improve services.
- Follow up with the technical support team of other payment gateways to make sure that inquiries/requests/complaints of merchants are solved properly.
- Support Operation tasks, including but not limited: reconciliation, payment inquiries, follow-up refund process, etc.
- Other common tasks for the day-to-day tech support.

**; Requirements**: - Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Strong and proven experience in operational and product support in technology companies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
- Strong passion for customer experience and understanding of customer behavior.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, is a must.
