Player Engagement and Sales Specialist

Since its inception, it has been deeply engaged in the game industry, providing integrated services such as social media marketing, ads creative, player support and localization for global game products.
**What is the role?**
As a Player Engagement and Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in actively engaging with players to promote in-game purchases, upgrades, and additional features. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance players’ gaming experiences through various channels such as social media, Discord, and active player forums. By providing personalized recommendations, identifying upsell opportunities, and fostering relationships with gamers, you will contribute to driving sales and building a strong community of satisfied players.
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively engage with players through social media, Discord, and player forums to promote in-game purchases, upgrades, and additional features.
- Understand player preferences and needs to provide tailored product recommendations and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize persuasive and informative communication to enhance players' understanding of the value and benefits of in-game purchases.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral, including product guides, FAQs, and sales scripts, to support effective communication and sales efforts.
**Relationship Building**:
- Actively engage with gamers and community builders to foster meaningful connections.
- Analyze players' behavioural gaming patterns to gain insights and initiate conversations that build trust and rapport.
- Demonstrate a human touch in interactions, engaging in discussions with genuine interest and without relying heavily on scripted responses.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing player concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
**Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Monitor and track player engagement and sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improving engagement and sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming industry, trends, and player behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and connect with players effectively.
- Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, or a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret player behavior data and drive informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Team-oriented mindset, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support player engagement and sales initiatives.
- Knowledge of various communication channels, including social media platforms, Discord, and player forums.
