Job Overview:

Complyance is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify potential customers through research and targeted outreach.
  2. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present our products/services.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  4. Stay informed about our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  6. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  2. 1 year experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  3. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a plus.
