**Requirements**:
- Willing to work in normal working office hour.
- Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker with a good proficiency in English.
- Preferably 3 year(s) of work experience in call center environment / healthcare / insurance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Escalate enquiries to relevant departments, and to follow up on enquiries with the customer.
- Issue Letter of Guarantee to panel hospitals and insured members. - Update enquiry details and claims into the system.
- Deliver and maintain minimum customer service standards as set by the company.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
