Project Operation

Hiring for **Project Operations Assistant**

We are currently seeking for a Project Operations Assistant to assist Project Director in our project sites. This role will assist in managing errands, follow ups and paper works for our project sites and renovation processes.

Responsibilities: Help with daily tasks, both in office for paper works and at project sites.

Paper works related:
**Follow supervisor’s instructions to complete site schedule.**

**Update daily and weekly project site schedule.**

**Update and report all the site progress daily.**

**Take site photos and report on renovation progress.**

Assist in Site Supervision:
**Coordinate with contractors and monitor daily attendance.**

**Handle miscellaneous construction site related tasks.**

**Do item delivery to and from construction sites.**

On the Job Training will be provided to guide you through your responsibilities.

Do any additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum qualification required SPM/STPM or equivalent.
- Fresh grad / 1 year related working experience required.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, etc).
- Basic Mandarin / Bahasa Melayu communication skills for contractors and suppliers.
- Must possess own transportation.
- Good communication skills, responsible, and outgoing personality.
- Time Management skills.

- 与承包商和供应商进行基本的华语、马来语沟通能力。
- 必须拥有自己的交通工具。
- 良好的沟通技巧,责任心和外向性格。
- 时间管理技能。

工作时间及地点:
- 5 个工作日+ 周六随时等待指示。
