Project Administrator

Assist and provide administration supports to Project Management Office (PMO), including site office administration, system administration and document control.
- Part of the member in Procurement; prepare Purchase Quote in NAV and follow up on Purchase Order Issuance.
- Assist in tender process, documents compilation and submission.
- Manage Gebiz and customer e-Portal; monitor and update new sales opportunities and tender invitations.
- Administrate new job registration includes update project details in NAV.
- Generate and update project costing based on PMO’s direction.
- Prepare and submit project progress claim for customer billing.
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate weekly Project Operation meeting, including efficient minutes taking.
- Attend IMS (ISO, BCM, etc) internal and external audit and update documents with latest operation process when required.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
