Admin Assistant

4.Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & Power Point).
5.Maintain accounting records, including sorting of bills, invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts and bank statements.
6. Data entry all the bills, invoices, official receipt, etc into the accounting system under guidance of accounts senior.
7. To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondences, coordinating, and following up on pending matters.
8. Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- STM/STPM (preferred)
