**Responsibilities**:
- To plan, lead and deliver the overall Industrial Relation (IR) matters and initiatives by ensuring all HR Policies, Terms & Conditions of Employment of SIRIM Group comply with the relevant laws to ensure a harmonious working environment, minimizing labour disputes or conflicts and mitigating potential risk for the organization.
- To lead the negotiation and bargaining process with employees and unions on industrial relation matters by fostering a positive and progressive labour/industrial relation, educating and guiding union office bearers and association leader to ensure the best organizational results are achieved for the Collective Agreement (CA) and MBJ discussion.
- To provide legal advice and expert opinion on all HR policies, SOPs, hiring contract and Human Resources MoU, MoA to always ensure compliance with the law.
- To manage all disciplinary cases, employee grievances and misconduct to ensure compliance with the law including drafting and vetting of show cause letters, organizing Disciplinary Committee meeting and Domestic Inquiries (DIs).

**Requirements**:

- Possess a bachelor's degree in law or equivalent from a university or Institute recognized by the Malaysian Government with a minimum **9 years of working experience**.
- hands-on in Industrial Relation experience is an added advantage.

Pay: From RM4,600.00 per month
