**Responsibilities: -**
- Managing and fully responsible for the smooth of day-to-day logistic administration.
- Maintain delivery schedules and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met
- Coordinators update and provide tracking information to customers as well as to internal managers
- Responsible to do billing & monthly report for customer’s shipment.
- Follow up on invoice & POD
- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the inventory/receiving and distribution goods area at all times.

**Requirements: -**
- 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related/similar field will be advantaged.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both verbal and written skills.
- Able to working extra hours if necessary. OT will be given for extra hours performed. (5.5 working days)
- Willing to work at Seksyen U8, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:
