The incumbent coordinates with the Production & QA department to ensure customers’ requirements are fulfilled, manages the delivery schedule and delivery orders and inventory levels. In addition, the incumbent monitors and reports the delivery performance, handles customers’ inquiries as well as perform administrative work.
- To support Customer Service section in the follow up of finished goods status with production and quality control according to material requisition form (MRF) from OPS sales & CS.
- To prepare delivery order (DO) via SAP according to the finished goods allocated to each moulders.
- To arrange transporters for delivery
- To assist in the filing of documentation such as DO and MRF, etc.
- To arrange, monitor and coordinate the subcontractors’ activities such as delivery of raw material & dry colours, follow up the production status and the collection of finished goods.
- To assist in pigment and additive planning via MRP
- To assist in production order release (charging out of material being consumed)
- To assist in inventory status checking of raw material, pigment and finished goods
- To assist on administration work as of when assigned to do so
- Responsible to monitor and upkeep office stationery and supplies
**Job Requirements**:
- Knowledge in SAP system
- Arrange customer return (reject/quality issue)
- Issue Credit Note Issuance process
- Resolve customer complaints (service)
- Arrange delivery not in schedule (last minute order)
- Members of the Emergency Preparedness and Emergency Team
- Members of the First Aid Team
- Member of HSE committee
- Assist HR related matters when required
- Excellent interpersonal skills & organizational skills
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Teamwork skills
