Industry: Trading/Distribution Office (Chemical Products)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday

Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru

**Job Descriptions**:

- As a contact window between internal dept and customers.
- Attend to customer's inquiries related to purchase, delivery, materials transfer, complaint and etc.
- Process and convert Sales Order into system upon receiving order from customers.
- Prepare documents - DO, Inv, Quotation, CN, Collection Advice.
- Assist and coordinate with Sales Team for matters related to customer's orders and arrangement.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Maintain proper filling of records.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 1 years of relevant working experience in customer service/sales support function or relevant.
- Min. Diploma education level or above.
- Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Verbal/Written).
- ** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**
