**Role description**
This is an on-site internship role located in Johor Bahru. As an Administrative Intern & Finance + Marketing Intern, you'll have the opportunity to assist with marketing campaigns, contribute to the creation of social media content, support sales initiatives, and develop strategies to increase customer engagement and sales. This is a great opportunity to experience what a dynamic marketing team can achieve and enhance your marketing skills in a professional setting.
**Qualifications**
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, XERO Accounting and/or design software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present ideas
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
**Job scope**
- Develop and maintain filings & documentation (hardcopy+softcopy)
- Preparation of regular scheduled reports
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Develop SOPs and maintaining it
- Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
