**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the education consultation services.
- Assist with university and college placements for local and international students.
- Maintain records of student consultations and placements.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the services offered.
- Support career development and job placement initiatives for graduates.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Malaysian and international education systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are an advantage.
