Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily administrative service support and daily official data submission and communication;
- Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of the local office, file management, etc.;
- Responsible for personnel recruitment and labor relations management, and handling employee recruitment, regularization, resignation, and other procedures;
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related field
- Proficiency in communicating and writing in Chinese, English and Malay.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in personnel administration, flexible thinking, good communication and coordination, resource integration capabilities, and strong execution ability;
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactive in work.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
