**So what will you be doing?**
- Perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties
- Coordinate the process of client requests to start their massage services.
- Manage our therapists' entire life cycle collaboration with us, which includes facilitating, arranging, securing assignments, and resolving their grievances.
- Assist in improving therapists' relationship with the company.
- Keep records of all interactions with the therapists and enter all information required into the company database.
- Manage the administrative and coordination of clients' requests for payment, refund, extension, postponement, and replacement.
- Perform necessary follow-up tasks.
- Managing therapists' monthly assigned sessions to achieve optimal productivity.
- Keep records of all necessary information from the relevant WhatsApp group and enter all information required into the company database.
- Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.

**We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you.**
- Required language: English.
- Great computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Attentive to details
- Able to work on weekend shifts
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
