To provide day-to-day business development operations and administrative support to the Director include below:

- To assist Director in execute and managing business projects, marketing resources & activities, prepare and implement business and marketing plans.
- Maintain good relationship with customers.
- Provide administrative support to Director - undertake all document preparation for Director, vet through documents, reports, proposals & presentations, and marketing briefs.
- Perform secretarial duties and handle confidential matters for company and personal - arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders to the Director on important tasks and deadlines.
- Managing various ad hoc requests assigned from time to time by the Director.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Diploma/Degree in any field. Passionate about business & marketing role..
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels. Strong in communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Must be open, flexible and creative in regard to time management and scheduling.
- Good problem solving skills and able to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
