**Responsibilities**:

- Use word processing and spreadsheet software proficiently.
- Have good written and spoken communication skills.
- Manage office tasks.
- Handle correspondence effectively.
- Manage shipping documents and procedures.
- Take care of company properties.
- Administrative tasks.
- Conduct meetings and organize meeting arrangements.
- Assist in creating presentations and materials.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Monitor and control office supplies such as stationery, pantry supplies,

toiletries, coffee machines and meeting refreshments.
- To prepare letters and all documents related to assets and administrative

matters.
