- **Job Description**_
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with clients’ statutory requirements. You need to complete the responsibilities related to corporate secretarial matters within the time frame given. You are responsible for dealing with the related parties’ inquiries (clients, authorities, auditors, etc.).
- _**Responsibilities**_
- To assist in performing all duties and responsibilities related to company secretarial matters
- To prepare ACRA fillings/ documents for clients
- To prepare and draft board and members’ written resolutions or minutes as and when required.
- To prepare, arrange, and ensure the timely submission of statutory forms, returns, and notifications in accordance with statutory & regulatory requirements
- To keep and update statutory records
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration
- Able to multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High degree of professionalism
- Minimum 40 wpm typing skill
- Pleasant personality, proactive, meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Able to multi-task, work independently as well as a team player
- Self-motivated and possess a strong sense of responsibility

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
