Job Summary:
As a PMO Executive, you will be an integral part of our project management team, assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in project management while supporting the successful delivery of projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
Assist in developing project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with senior project managers to define project goals and objectives.
Coordination:
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
Assist in organizing and scheduling project meetings and activities.
Documentation:
Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project status reports, and other relevant records.
Support the preparation of project presentations and reports.
Task Execution:
Work under the guidance of senior project managers to execute project tasks and activities.
Monitor and report on the progress of assigned project components.
Communication:
Provide regular updates to team members on project status and any potential issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure clear communication channels.
Qualifications:
MUST Have/AT LEAST:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, project management, IT software development)
- Work experience: 1+ years at least (from the relevant project mgmt)
- Microsoft Office knowledge
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
