**Position Overview**:
As a Project Management Officer (PMO) in the CEO Office, you will play a critical role in supporting and facilitating strategic initiatives and projects under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer. This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects initiated by the CEO.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Develop and maintain clear communication channels within the CEO Office and across relevant departments.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators for executive review.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of strategic plans in collaboration with the CEO.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes within the CEO Office.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a support role to senior executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
