Personal Assistant to CEO

**Job Descriptions**
- Preparation of company’s Board Meeting, Annual General Meeting and other meeting
- To prepare or typing letters, documents, draft documents and answer letters for CEO
- To take minute or act as a Secretary to a meeting
- Finding, collecting and updating corporate data, information and other relevant info
- Manage and record all instruments/ documents and file-in into the relevant file including makingf sufficient copies for distribution
- To manage and coordinate the classified files
- Keep a diary, calendar, plan and supervise the workschedule to run smoothly
- Make preparations for meetings, inform offices involved and ensure that all requirements for meetings/ inspections of facilities
- To be responsible and accountable to maintain the confidentiality of documents, records and files
- Performs other duties or Corporate task from time to time
**Qualifications/ Requirements**
- Priority in Teaching of English as a Second Language (TESL)
- Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English. Fluent in English is preferable
- Computer literate : Microsoft Office and etc
- Preferable at least 1 year working experience in the related field, but fresh graduate also can apply
- Good attitude, personality communication skills
- Able to work independently, comfortable with tight deadlines and long hours
- Attractive salary package will be offered accordance to the qualification and experience
- Preferable age 31 years old and below
