A Personal Assistant to the CEO is a highly trusted professional who supports the CEO with administrative tasks, manages communications, and organizes the CEO’s schedule to enhance their efficiency. This role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks and communications effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicates directly and on behalf of CEO matters related to CEO’ s portfolio such as making announcements, conducting meetings, meeting/negotiate with stakeholders.
- To facilitate the organisations of CEO’s meeting/ presentation sessions with internal/ external parties and ensure all meeting sessions are well taken care of.
- Assist CEO in researching and following up with action on matters which is under the CEO’s responsibilities; follow-up for responses, triggering follow-up action and compile for further action.
- Manage multiple projects as assigned by the CEO related to diverse lines of business, community and personal interest with inter-related activities and relationships.
- Work closely with other team members to assure the CEO’s preparations for meetings, presentation of other engagements is well planned arranged.
- Carry out assignments as requested/ instructed by the immediate superior /CEO and manage and prioritize multitask simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address them.
- Handle unexpected situations and challenges with intelligence and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economic, Engineering, Mining, Construction or any related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to speak **Mandarin speaking** is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in business analysis and business development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills ensuring timely completion of assignments.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations as per the CEO's needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisation skills and possess high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours whenever necessary.
- Ability to travel as and when necessary.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
