**Qualifications**:
1. Able to work independently, multitasking, self
- discipline, fast learner and good communication skill
2. Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential
3. Excellent MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing skills
4. Possess a car and am willing to travel out of office meetings and job assignments
5. Min 1 year and above of experience as PA or similar job. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
6. Possess at least SPM / Diploma
7. Able to work during weekend when needed
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist CEO in the management and organization of the CEO’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, engagements, daily activities and in-house or external events.
2. Manage and monitor daily/ monthly / yearly planning
3. Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
4. Follow up on job tasks
