As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities include:

- Provide administrative support and help the Director with daily tasks / time management.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director.
- Schedule meetings, speaking engagements & manage calendars.
- Handle travel arrangements for the Director.
- Take accurate & comprehensive notes during meetings & discussions.
- Capture video / footages of the Director during meetings / events.
- Run errands as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any relevant field with at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Must be computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word software.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly organized with the ability to work with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
