**Position Overview**:
The Business Development Manager in the CEO Office plays a crucial role in driving growth and strategic partnerships for the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and refine the organization's business development strategy.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry players.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive business growth
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve business development targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the organization's customer base.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development activities.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO on the performance of business development initiatives.
- Lead the development of business proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business development targets.
