**- Design effective training programs.**

**- Prepare training materials.**

**- Conduct training and refreshers.**

**- Support and mentor new employees.**

**- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.**

**- Monitor, analyse & train trainees’ performance and call out any unusual trends.**

**- Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA**

**- 3 years customer service experience with minimum 1 year training experience**

**- Fast learner and independent**

**- Minimum bi-lingual proficiency.**

**- Language proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory.**

**- Customer Service knowledge and/or experience is strongly preferred.**

**- Proven experience as corporate trainer in the customer service industry.**

**- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.**

**- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training.**

**- Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); e-learning software will**

**be an asset.**

**- Affluent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.**

**- Organizational and time management abilities.**

**- Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making abilities.**

**NOTE: BPO Trainer experience is required**

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
