We are searching high and low for experienced **People Experience Business Partner** for our Credit, Collections, CX & BizOps functions across South East Asia region. We are on a journey to align our People Experience (Px) initiatives with business objectives but keeping our top priority in mind; our employees. **What you will do**:

- Be a role model for our vision, mission and values through behaviors and attitude.
- Act as trusted liaison between the company and employees.
- Assist in creating and executing strategic People Experience projects to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular touchpoints and meetings with respective business units.
- Consult with management, providing Px guidance when appropriate.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Px Group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the Legal and Compliance departments as needed/required.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in a collaborative and consultative manner
- Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business

**Requirements**:

- You’ve been a HR Business Partner for at least 8-10 years already, preferably in a Sales organization
- You specialize or have a background in at least one HR pillar (Example: Compensation, Talent Management, Communication, L&D )
