People Development Business Partner

**Responsibilities**:
As **People Development Business Partner** you will be involved in designing and implementing strategies and initiatives which will impact the experience of our colleagues throughout their career in Endava: from onboarding and induction, to engagement and retention, to career growth through learning and development opportunities.
In this role, you will be part of our People Development & Recruitment Team, and you will work closely with our Head of People Development, our leadership team, and with global People Development teams.

**Responsibilities**:
- Actively participate in the implementation of the people development & engagement strategy, both at regional and local level.
- Plan and organize internal and external events for employee engagement and learning purposes.
- Assess relevant People Development needs for individuals, teams, and the wider organization in consultation with the leadership team.
- Oversee the process of developing and following up on the general Soft Skills program. The program is implemented with support from the Regional People Development team.
- Be the owner for the process of developing, implementing, and following up on the Leadership programs at local level (Line Managers and Career Coaches).
- Facilitate the attendance of our colleagues to various conferences, and external & internal trainings and certifications.
- Draft, implement, and follow up on retention initiatives across all disciplines to ensure alignment with the organization’s business objectives.
- Work closely with internal communities to increase engagement.
- Produce and maintain accurate records of people development & engagement activity.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, with exposure to the activities mentioned above (learning & development, people engagement, onboarding)
- English at a proficient level
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good organizing skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive attitude; comfortable taking initiatives and driving results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
