**LOCATION**:Damansara Heights, Selangor
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES.**
The People Experience Partner is responsible for developing and leading company’s external and internal communications strategy and plans, as well the company’s sustainability framework and its activities.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Strive to the development and realizations of integrated business strategies and plans fully integrated with the BAT Global strategy and aligned to Regional and Global HR strategies, which ensure the optimal deployment and demonstrating of total business capability and the realization of growth agenda
- To develop & drive HR strategy that promotes BAT vision and mission and continually meets the needs of the organization’s strategic plan and long-term goals.
- Strive in development of the People strategy, then partner with area / functional / country leadership teams in delivering on people strategy at appropriate levels
- To strive to promote an environment where people are encouraged to value continuous learning and focus on personal and team improvement in order to realize individual and team potential. Cultivate a winning environment through effective communication between employees and management.
- To be involved with Reward strategy in developing appropriate incentive schemes for all levels of staff to ensure high performance focused culture and to be able to recruit and retain high calibre employees
- Provide strategies, advice to support to Heads of function and management in resolving employee performance issues, and to maintain compliance with legislative restrictions.
- Support an integrated capable impactful HR & DBS team across all elements of People Process delivery.
- Engage and connect with key stakeholders on organizational change, ensure appropriate structure is in place to support the Business strategy.
- Challenge the shape and structure of functions based on internal & external benchmarking and networking to ensure a fit for purpose organization
- Drive an ongoing process of innovation by identify and fulfilling opportunities for the improvement of HR processes
**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any other related field
- 3-5 years of demonstrable track record in HR management level
- Experience & knowledge of leading edge/current HR practices & thinking
- Think strategically as well as sufficiently operational to deliver results
- Working in a multi/above market environment would be an added advantage
- Problem solving capability by analysing issues from different perspectives and drawing sound inferences from available data and then proposing workable solutions.
- Agile in leading change and innovation.
- Uses insight and foresight to drive decisions (data fluency)
- Ability to influence and create consensus from senior stakeholder
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
